It was the devastating Tooley Street Fire that led to the building of the Fire Station. Today the Fire’s within and this wonderful older building burns with a passion for food. Home to Brigade, it offers you a bar and bistro, private dining and cook school. Together with the Beyond Food Foundation, we offer vulnerable people catering apprenticeships, giving them the tools for a brighter future.
